The Stay Fit 2 Play payment Policy

No goods will be shipped until full payment has been received and cleared. This applies to all payment methods unless prior arrangements have been made with the Stay Fit 2 Play Sales Team.

Delivery Time

When you place an order with Stay Fit 2 Play, we provide and estimated shipping and delivery time based on the availability of your merchandise and the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form.

Express Australia Post

Express AU Post normally provides same day or overnight delivery within the QLD when purchasing from Stay Fit 2 Play. Please allow 2-3 days delivery for NSW, VIC, ACT, and SA. Please allow 3-4 days for WA, NT and TAS. Stay Fit 2 Play takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit with Australia Post. Stay Fit 2 Play reserves the right to change postage pricing without notice.

The Stay Fit 2 Play Returns Policy

You may return most items sold by Stay Fit 2 Play within 30 days of delivery for a refund if the goods are unopened and in resale condition. If the return is not due to our error and we covered shipping cost, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund. If a refund is due, it will be done in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If you did not order the item or it was faulty on arrival and this is confirmed by our support department you will receive a full refund.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: open/damaged packaging, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
